We recommend that your garment is dry-cleaned. But if you wash it by hand we advice that you use lukewarm water with a liquid soap. Rinse well, squeeze gently but DO NOT wring out the excess water, then lay it flat on a towel, roll it all up and gently squeeze. Unroll, pull it to reshape and leave to dry avoiding direct sunlight.
Felted goods are best sponge cleaned but can be hand-washed in cool water and reshaped before drying. Bags should be dried with a weight inside, such as a couple of cans of tomatoes to help retain its shape.
